Entrenamiento de reforzamiento !! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les comparto mi ultimo entrenamiento el cual fue en el gym Akers, este entrenamiento fue de reforzamiento ya que el día anterior entrené combos, empecé intentando algunas handstand push ups libres y transiciones a wide handstand, hice esto un rato y también hice básicos de exposividad tales como pull explosivas, muscle ups y fondos explosivos en barra, estuve un rato practicando esto, me puse luego a intentar handstand en copa la cual es una progresion para el handstand a una mano, termine la rutina con básicos de empuje y tirón para terminar de reforzar mi cuerpo y descansar el día de mañana, espero les gusten las fotos !
