Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Hoy tuve un día bastante activo. Ya que no tengo bici porque el caucho está un poco dañado, he estado caminando más últimamente, así que esto me ha mantenido algo más activo de lo normal. Hice todos mis deberes en el día y al rededor de las 6:30 sali caminando a casa de @morales-sw para irnos juntos con otro amigo a la plaza concordia a entrenar. Ahora mismo me encuentro en semana de descarga por lo que tenía que entrenar suave, pero como se llegaron los muchachos tuve un entreno mucho más activo de lo esperado, lanzamos desde planchas, handstand a una mano, free y frontlever. Luego de entrenar me fui junto con un amigo en su bici a su casa ya que queda bastante cerca de mi casa y asi acortaba todo lo que tenía que caminar, luego fui a mi casa, llegué, estiré y comí, fue un día muy bueno!

I had a pretty active day today. Since I don't have a bike because the rubber is a bit damaged, I've been walking more lately, so this has kept me a bit more active than usual. I did all my homework for the day and at around 6:30 I walked to @morales-sw's house to go together with another friend to Plaza Concordia to train. Right now I'm in unload week so I had to train soft, but as the guys arrived I had a much more active workout than expected, we threw from planchas, one-handed handstand, free and frontlever. After training I went with a friend on his bike to his house since it is quite close to my house and so I shortened all that I had to walk, then I went home, arrived, stretched and ate, it was a very good day!
