My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2025

Hoy tuve un día bastante entretenido y divertido. Me levanté temprano ya que a las 2 de la tarde tenía un evento, en el Liceo Manuel Belloso, hace poco me metí en un curso de instructor deportivo y en esta ocasión nos mandaron a hacer un evento en este liceo, el evento fue enfocado al voleibol ya que en mi grupo me tocó con un entrenar y un jugador de voley, y nos dividimos por eso. A mí me tocó dar el calentamiento, hice un calentamiento general al frente de alrededor de 45 alumnos. No tengo imágenes aún porque no me las pasaron pero me aseguraré de tomar fotos en el próximo evento. Al llegar de aqui, no tenía luz así que me quedé un rato con un amigo hablando y salí en mi bici, ya a las 6pm me fui a la cancha de barrio obrero a jugar un poco de basket ya que hoy me tocaba entrenar piernas y quería ejercirtarlas de esta forma, fue un día entretenido y activo !

Today I had a very entertaining and fun day. I got up early because at 2 o'clock in the afternoon I had an event at the Liceo Manuel Belloso, I recently got into a sports instructor course and this time we were sent to do an event at this school, the event was focused on volleyball because in my group I had to work with a coach and a volleyball player, and we were divided for that. It was my turn to warm up, I did a general warm up in front of about 45 students. I don't have pictures yet because I didn't get them but I'll be sure to take pictures at the next event. When I got back from here, I had no light so I stayed a while with a friend talking and went out on my bike, at 6pm I went to the working class neighborhood court to play a little basketball because today I had to train my legs and I wanted to exercise them in this way, it was a fun and active day!
