My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2024

Me levanté de nuevo bastante temprano para irme a trabajar, al rededor de las 8am ya estaba en la camioneta de mi Coordinadora en camino al punto en el caminariamos y venderiamos !
Fuimos a un lugar cerca de la tropical, una principal de aqui, estabamos en un area que yo no conozco mucho, tanto asi que conseguimos un asentamiento de agua, pero tristemente bastante sucio porque la gente bota basura ahi...
Seguimos caminando unas cuantas horas hasta las 12pm, descansamos un rato para comer y reposar y a la 1pm salimos a caminar y vender de nuevo hasta las 3pm, a esta hora volvi a mi casa ya que tenia algunas cosas que hacer.

I got up again quite early to go to work, at around 8am I was already in my Coordinator's van on the way to the point where we would walk and sell ! We went to a place near the tropical, a main one here, we were in an area that I don't know much about, so much so that we got a water settlement, but sadly quite dirty because people throw garbage there.... We continued walking for a few hours until 12pm, we rested for a while to eat and rest and at 1pm we went out to walk and sell again until 3pm, at this time I returned to my house because I had some things to do.

Volví a mi casa recorriendo al rededor de 3k, estabamos bastante lejos, para comer, bañarme e ir a hacer unos deliverys que me salieron estando en el trabajo, luego de eso sali a hacer los deliverys, aproveché de ir al centro y comprar algunas cosas, y de ahi ir a entregar las cosas que me pidieron, fue bastante cansado ya que el clima de Cabimas esta ultimamente mas caluroso y soleado de lo normal.
LLegue a mi casa, me vestí y me prepare para ir a entrenar, entrené como 3 horas y volví a mi casa cansado pero feliz !!

I went back to my house walking around 3k, we were quite far, to eat, take a shower and go to make some deliveries that I got while at work, after that I went out to make the deliveries, I took the opportunity to go downtown and buy some things, and from there go to deliver the things that I was asked, it was quite tiring because the climate of Cabimas is lately hotter and sunny than normal. I arrived home, got dressed and got ready to go to train, I trained for about 3 hours and came back home tired but happy!
