My Actifit Report Card: July 22 2024

Saludos a todos en actifit, aquí estoy yo con un nuevo reporte !

Hello everyone at actifit, here I am with a new report !

Me desperté al rededor de las 8am, bastante temprano pero me desperté sin alarma asi que decidí quedarme despierto y aprovechar el día, me bañé y como era temprano le envié a mi barbero para irme a cortar el pelo, fui y cuando salí aproveché que era bastante temprano para dar vueltas en mi bici y hacer un poco de actividad fisica.

I woke up around 8am, quite early but I woke up without an alarm so I decided to stay awake and take advantage of the day, I took a shower and since it was early I sent my barber to cut my hair, I went and when I got out I took advantage that it was quite early to ride my bike and do some physical activity.

Pase la tarde bastante ocupado y estudiando varias cosas sobre entrenamientos más efectivos para mis objetivos, aproveché la tarde tambien para salir a comprar agua y al rededor de las 5:30pm como es costumbre me fui a entrenar a casa de @chiqui-sw junto con @diego-333, fui a entrenar plancha y freestyle, como conté en mi ultimo post en SWC , estaba bastante pesado pero aún asi fue bastante efectivo y fuerte, terminé bastante cansado.
