You said the apartment isn't going to be for long-term living, are you planning to renovate, live there for a few years and then maybe move somewhere else?

The whole space is divided into 4smaller pieces, one 2-room flat, two singles and this separated room, everything but thir room is going to be living space
What about the toilet area?
One toilet (together with bathroom) is almost ready, second half ready and the third one still in plans :) I want to build sauna there as well, just next to these planned bathroom
