Hello everyone! Here making My second Activity in the actifit proyect with My first day of using My elliptical.

I'm still learning so I know there are some tool I'm not using right now so it si goin to get better in time both my activities and the use of the app!

It a really low expectantion start, because I had some problema with the flu an previously had The COVID twice, so I'm going to have a little pace.

The most difficult task sometimes is to start, and with some trust and determinación can be a life changing habit.

Still getting used with the app also but I hope to get the most of it very soon, it is a great tool to encurage yourself into trainning!

I also did 10 minutes and 1.79 km, well it's never easy The second day I had to slow down a little bit. I Will spend this first week un that routine an then start new excersises!!
