Saludos amigos Hivers. Espero se encuentren muy bien, les mando un fuerte abrazo, les saluda Joscar Mundo. Compartiendo mi entrenamiento de parada de manos, muchos de los atletas no consideran realizar entrenamientos del diferente posiciones de la parada de manos, por mi parte realizo estos entrenamientos para fortalecer mis hombros en esa posición.

Este entrenamiento lo realicé en horas de la noche debido a mis estudios, salgo tarde de ellos y me voy directamente al parque, por su puesto voy preparado, llevo mis implementos para entrenar en mi morral. Para lograr un entrenamiento óptimo he decidido que entrenaré 3 días a la semana en horas de la mañana. Para facilitar y optimizar. Tomando que igual iré en las tardes para realizar estiramientos y entrenar el abdomen.
