Saludos amigos Hivers que pasan por esta publicación. Espero se encuentren muy bien, les mando un fuerte abrazo. Les saluda Joscar Mundo compartiendo con ustedes mi nuevo reporte de actividad de actifit. En este nuevo reporte, les comparto lo que realice en este día. Mi día comienza desde muy temprano, ya que tenía que realizar algunas labores fuera del hogar, luego, en la hora de la tarde, me dispute a ir al parque a empezar mi entrenamiento.

Después de trotar empecé a entrenar, aunque note un pequeño dolor en el hombro derecho, por lo que decidí no forzar el hombro y entrenar ejercicios para el abdomen y no perder el día de entrenamiento y bueno, compañeros si llegaste hasta aquí déjame darte las gracias por ver y leer mi publicación, si más nos vemos en el próximo reporte de actividad.
