The Europeans have to pay a ticket to SpaceX or Russia and that's the thing, at the moment that decision has not yet been made, but at any time that decision can be made, we already see Donald Trump's statements change things radically in many aspects and it could change in this aspect in the Artemis program it could also change, but for the moment until that happens what has been signed is that NASA has an agreement with SpaceX to build a version of the StarShip that serves as a lunar lander, that has already been signed and is budgeted and it has to be done and that is why StarShip has to develop as soon as possible, because if not the Chinese are also there who want to reach the moon.

The StarShip ship would once again take Humans to the surface of the moon, according to the commitment that SpaceX has with NASA it would be the Artemis 3 mission in which, according to NASA, the first woman and the first person of color to reach the moon would go to the moon, a person of color, I think that in the United States they understand that she is an American of African descent, this sounds racist and there is no need to tear your clothes to attend, at the time there was a race to take the first woman to space, the Soviets won, and then the Soviet Union and the United States The United States included astronauts from other nations in their missions so that those nations that were friends of the United States or the Soviet Union at the time would have their own space hero, their own astronaut, so I don't see it as that important either.

The important thing is that the Artemis program at the moment proposes the construction of this landing starchip, if it can land on the moon it can also land on Mars so in either case, in the event that the Artemis program continues as it is currently scheduled, which would be taking humans to the moon in the year 2027, the landing starship is needed, but if Elon Musk manages to convince Donald Trump to change this and focus solely and exclusively on traveling to Mars, it will also be useful. StarShip lander, in any of these cases we have to develop the starship as soon as possible.
