Imagine that with this radio telescope we manage to detect and connect with an extraterrestrial civilization that is more advanced than us and in some way we determine that it is not an aggressive civilization because it is also another topic of debate, that it is a technological civilization more advanced than us but that it is not has the capacity to travel faster than light or interstellar travel.
