Change your training.




When we train poorly, certain signs usually appear that tell us that we should change our training plan, fatigue, permanent tiredness can be one of those signs, although it is totally normal that during our training or even during the minutes or hours afterward we feel tired. It is logical, we come from demanding our body.


The problem is when this lasts permanently for the rest of our lives, between each workout, in those hours when our body should be recovering, it fails to do so, in other words, if fatigue persists between each of our outings to train, It is very possible that we are over-demanding ourselves.


Which on a sporting level will not allow us to arrive in good condition to the next training session and we will also be putting our health at risk.
