Hola amigos de #fulldeportes espero que se encuentren bien, hoy traigo una nueva rutina para definir nuestro abdomen, pero en esta ocasión lo realizaremos de pie.
Así que prepárense porque esta rutina viene recargada de mucha energía y fuerza
No olvides que antes de una rutina debemos realizar un pequeños estiramiento para evitar una lesión.
