🕑 Estiramiento dorsal y de triceps /Dorsal and triceps stretch 🕑
We will start our stretching routine by doing this exercise to stretch our arms and back, to do it, we will stand or sit if you prefer, bringing one of our arms to the back of the neck, almost reaching the back, holding the elbow with the opposite hand counting to 20 while gradually we stretch our arm. then we can change the arm to work alternately.
🕑Estiramiento de gemelos y tendones / Calf and tendon stretch🕑
We continue with this exercise in our stretching routine. To do this, we will stand up, with our legs separated to the width of our hips and we will proceed to flex one of our legs while we stretch it completely outwards. condition to start our exercise routine. We will work this stretch for 15 seconds for each leg.
🕑 Estiramiento de abdomen / Abdominal stretch🕑
To perform this exercise, we will place ourselves face down with our legs well stretched, leaning on our hands, bringing our back and neck back, trying not to flex so much so as not to injure ourselves. Once the movement is executed, we will count to 20 and lower our limbs and we can repeat the movement.
🕑 Estiramiento de aductores / Adductor stretch🕑
To finish our routine, we will sit on the floor stretching our legs and open them in a V shape then we will reflect on our trunk tilting it towards one of our legs, the idea is to carry our body and stretch our hands until reaching and touching the tip of our cakes in combination. For this exercise, we will count to 20. This is an exercise that requires a lot of resistance and flexibility, therefore we must go little by little until we achieve it.
