🕑 Flexiones con silla / chair push-ups🕑
We will start today's routine with these very simple push-ups to perform but quite effective to tone our arms and chest, for this we take a chair and stand with our back to it and put our feet up while we support ourselves with our hands on the floor, Once we are ready, we proceed to lower our body by bending our elbows until our chest almost hits the ground and then we go up slowly, having our feet up, all the weight of our body will fall on our arms and thus we will obtain better results, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑 Dips de tríceps /triceps dips🕑
We continue with this quite good exercise for the arms with which we will need the help of a chair, we take a chair and stand on our back and lower our body with our legs fully stretched without hitting the buttocks on the ground and support our hands on the edge of the chair, already in position we begin to flex our elbows to the point where our buttocks almost hit the ground and we go up until the elbows are completely stretched, we will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑 Push-up con dos sillas / push-ups with two chairs🕑
We continue with this quite effective exercise but it is a bit challenging and to do it we will need two chairs, we will place the two chairs a little apart and we will support one hand on each chair while the feet will rest on the ground, ready we proceed to lower our body flexing the elbows until you feel pressure on the muscles and shoulders then go up slowly and repeat again, we will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 Flexiones diamante de tríceps / Triceps Diamond Pushups🕑
For this exercise we will place ourselves in the position of the conventional Push-ups, when we are ready what we will proceed is to place our hands in a diamond shape separating them from our body slightly and we will begin to raise and lower our body little by little, working this exercise by repetitions and breaks, that is, we do 5 repetitions a rest, and so on until we achieve 18 series.
