🕑 Fondos para tríceps / Triceps Dips 🕑
It is an exercise in which we will need strength to perform it since all the weight of our body will fall on our arms and hands, to do it we will need a chair or a strong object that can with our weight, then we place ourselves back to the chair as is my case I support my hands and flex my knees, once in this position under my body little by little flexing the elbows until our gluteus almost touches the ground we count to 10 and go up and then repeat, for those who want to put a little more intensity on it They can stretch the feet, this will help us to have to exert more force in our arms and in this way we will be strengthening our triceps more. We will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑Flexiones con giro / Twist push-ups🕑
This exercise is very good as it helps us to tone both the muscles of the arms and the pectoral area and the back. that our body almost hits the ground we count to 10 and then we go up we turn our body to the side raising our hand upwards while we remain supporting all our weight in one hand, then we return to the initial position of push-ups we go down again, we go up and we turn towards the other side, we will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑Flexiones de diamante / Diamond push-ups🕑
This type of push-up helps a lot to work the muscles of the arms of the chest and shoulders, to do it we will place ourselves face down in a position to do push-ups, once this way we move our hands to under the chest joining them making a diamond shape, then we do our push-ups we go down and count to 10 then we go up and repeat until completing a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
