🕑 Rutina de estiramiento de piernas con desplante/Leg stretch routine with lunge 🕑
To start our routine, what we will do is position ourselves fixedly placing the legs taking one of them to the side together with the upper extremities, this being the support where the weight of our body will fall, while the other will slide in the opposite direction towards our body looking for maintain flexibility and resistance prior to the development of our exercises, working the different areas of our body. This exercise can be done alternately in series of 4 by 5 repetitions.
🕑Estiramiento de espalda hacia adelante / Forward back stretch 🕑
We will do this exercise
leaning on the floor, fully stretching the legs ensuring that the feet are aligned with our body. The arms will stretch and lift the trunk forward slightly. This exercise can be done to keep the joints and muscles of the back and arms in good condition, it is recommended to practice it at least 2 times a week or before the execution of our exercise routine.
🕑Estiramiento de brazos con manos entrelazadas / Arm stretch with clasped hands🕑
For this exercise we will place ourselves in a firm position placing our feet at the width of the hips or shoulders. Later we will interlace our hands and stretch them down, exerting a little pressure on the wrists and hands without exceeding force. This exercise can be done by doing a count of 15 and then we change, raising the arms up to give movement to the shoulders.
