🕑 Rotación de tobillo / Ankle rotation 🕑
To perform this exercise, we have to stand firm, then we put one of our feet on the tip and begin to give it a circular movement from one to the other with great care to avoid injuring ourselves, then we proceed to do the same with the other feet.
🕑Movimiento rotatorio de cintura / rotating waist movemen🕑
We proceed to stand firm with our legs a little apart and place our hands on the waist, once in position we proceed to move our waist in a circular way from one side to the other, reminding them that this type of warm-up must be done slowly to avoid injuries and annoyances.

🕑Estiramiento lateral de piernas / Lateral leg stretch🕑
For this warm-up we must stretch one of our legs to one side while the other serves as support, the idea of this warm-up is to stretch the leg as much as we can to ensure that our joints and muscles are ready for the exercise routine we are in. to be done, once we stretch one of our legs we do the same with the other
🕑Estiramiento de brazos con rotación de muñecas / arm stretch with wrist rotation🕑
The idea here is to stretch our arms forward as much as we can to exert forces on our muscles and function as they warm up, once well stretched, beginning to carefully give our wrists a circular rotary motion separately and then interlock our hands to give it movement with a little more force
