🕑 Flexiones asimétricas / Asymmetric push-ups 🕑
To perform this type of flexion we must place one hand a little up and the other down, by doing it in this way we will be forcing ourselves a little more and giving more pressure to the arms and these to the pectoral area, this exercise is very good. it makes us try hard and gain a lot of stamina. I do it counting to 20 and I repeat it 3 times
🕑Flexiones levantando una pierna / push-ups lifting one leg🕑
This exercise requires a little more strength than normal because we must do it by lifting one leg, when lowering our body we must lift one leg this will make us lose balance so we must try hard to lift our body and this will give us more pressure on the muscles of our arms and the entire chest area, and we are going to do it with both legs. Like the previous exercise, I am counting to 20 and I repeat it 2 or 3 times, everything goes according to the resistance that we have
🕑flexiones con rodilla al pecho / push-ups with knee to chest🕑
We will place ourselves in the normal way of doing push-ups, but to do it we must bring one knee and then the other at chest height, for this we lower our body and when we raise it we bring our knee to the chest and thus we continue doing it with several knees, this It will help us so that all the force falls on our arms and chest, we do it counting to 20 and we repeat equally 2 or 3 times. This will undoubtedly help us to keep our entire pectoral area and our arms strengthened.
With this I have finished my exercise routine at home to work my arms and also gain resistance in the legs and abdomen.
