🕑 Abdominal básico / Basic abdominal 🕑
To do this, we lie down on a flat surface either on the floor or using a mat, once lying down we bend our knees, bring our hands to our heads and proceed to lift the trunk and when we go up we press and force the abdominal area, a time up we count to 20. Let's do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
🕑Abdominal con elevación de pierna estirada / Crunch with straight leg raise🕑
This exercise helps a lot to strengthen the lower abdominals, we start by lying down on the floor again with the body fully stretched with the hands stretched out close to our body, ready we raise the legs slowly until the soles of the feet are towards the ceiling, being like this we count to 20 and then we go down, we will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 Abdominales con flexión de rodillas. / sit-ups with bent knees.🕑

This is a very effective exercise therefore it could not be absent, we place ourselves face down on the floor leaning on the forearms and the tips of the feet, once we are supported on top we keep this way counting to 20 making force towards the abdomen then we relax and repeat . Let's do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions
