🕑 Extensión de cadera / hip extension 🕑
An easy exercise to perform but that requires strength and endurance, to do it we must lie on our back, bend the knees and cross our arms over the shoulders, once ready we proceed to lift the entire middle part of our body, the waist and part of back up as far as we can and then we count to 20 and go down. This will help us to work both the legs and the abdominal area, we will do 3 sets of 15 repetitions.
🕑Sentadilla isométrica / Isometric squat🕑
This exercise helps a lot to strengthen the muscles of our legs and although it is quite effective it is in my opinion very easy to perform. To do this, we stand on our back towards a wall and stand with it, then we proceed to bend our knees until we are in a squat position, once we count to 20 and then we go up. The ideal thing here is to press your legs backwards, that is, to press the back as much as we can with the wall. By doing this we will be working hard on our muscles and in this way we will tone them much more. Let's do a series 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 Plancha abdominal / Abdominal plank🕑
The plank is a very good exercise to work the entire abdominal area, to do it we place ourselves face down supporting ourselves with the tips of our feet and the forearms and elbows, after this we will be all our body inwards, tightening the abdomen as much as we can. and we hold on like this until we count 20 seconds then we loosen and repeat. We will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑 * Zancadas / Strides*🕑
The strides are very good exercises when it comes to working all the muscles of our legs, to do it we stand firm then we bring one leg back a little while the other stays forward, once this way we bend our knees until the knee From the front it is level with our waist and the one from behind almost touches the ground, we will see how our muscles begin to ache from the pressure and force that we exert doing this exercise. We will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
