Hello dear community of @Hive and @Fulldeportes, Today is one more day and another opportunity to share my best with you, doing an exercise routine to work the body, strengthening arms and legs and toning the muscles that are worked with each execution . and in this way to be in optimal conditions in our day to day, feeling better and better. 🕑 sentadillas con peso / weighted squats 🕑
For this exercise we must have a heavy object that helps us, in my case I took a small suitcase to perform this exercise. The first thing is to stand firm with the feet slightly open with the tips of the same pointing out, we take our heavy object and proceed to do our squats, lowering our body, keeping the back straight and bending the knees that they are at waist level. Holding the suitcase with it is my case, performing this exercise with some weight helps us to push ourselves harder and in this way we will obtain better results in less time. We will do a series of 3 with 15 repetitions.
🕑zancadas de piernas/leg lunges🕑
This exercise is quite easy to perform but very effective when it comes to working the legs, the truth is that it helps us a lot to tone our legs. To do it, we stand in a firm position then we take a step forward bending our knees, it is very important that the front knee is level with our body once we count to 30 and then we continue with the other leg. We will work with a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑Flexiones con peso/ Weighted push-ups🕑
Here we will perform normal push-ups but with weight on our back to obtain better results, we will place ourselves face down supporting ourselves with the tips of our feet and the palms of our hands, once in position we place the heavy object on our back as in my case I will continue working with the suitcase, we lower our body little by little until almost hitting the chest of the ground, by doing it slowly we will be giving our arms much more work and we will exert much more force and we will see how our muscles work hard. We will do a series of 3 with 10 repetitions
🕑tríceps sin peso/ weightless triceps🕑
To perform this exercise we will only need the weight of our own body, or if you want to put some additional weight on it for better results we can also do it. To do this, we will sit on the floor with our legs bent, then we support ourselves with our hands placing them on the floor just next to the waist, then we proceed to raise our body only with the help of our hands, once raised we count to 30 and we go down slowly, we are going to repeat this 3 times with 15 repetitions

With this I have finished my exercise routine of exercises at home to work my body and improve endurance. be doing some physical activity to avoid sedentary lifestyle and thus help our body to a better evolution always enjoying good health. Esto seguro que me va a servir en mi rutina de ejercicios caseros man, así que gracias por compartirlo. Por los momentos me ejercito es en casa con los instrumentos que tengo disponibles allí y creo que eso debería de ser suficiente para mantenerme en buen estado, pero agregarle cosas nuevas a la rutina de ejercicios nunca viene mal!
