Hello dear community of @Hive and @Fulldeportes, Today is one more day and another opportunity to share with you the best of me, doing an exercise routine to work the legs, strengthening them and gaining resistance and toning, adding some weight to achieve greater effectiveness in the exercises although we can also work it, without having to incorporate weight, then working with our own weight, thus achieving optimal conditions in our day to day, feeling better and better. Remember that exercise is life, that is why we must practice any type of exercise that we like and also keep us active. 🕑 sentadillas con peso / weighted squats 🕑
We will start by doing a series of squats with the help of a slightly heavy object to obtain better results, to begin we stand firm separating our legs a little level with our shoulders and the tips of the feet pointing slightly outwards, we take the object in my In the case of a suitcase and we do not place it between the shoulders and back once so we proceed to bend our knees and lower our gluteus trying to keep our back straight as much as we can, the knees must be aligned with the waist, when doing it we count to 20 and we lift our body to continue with a series of 15 with 3 repetitions. The weight will help us to apply more force when doing our exercise and we will feel how our muscles and buttocks begin to hurt and thus we are obtaining better results.
🕑Zancadas alternas / alternate strides🕑
It is an easy exercise to perform but the truth is that it is quite effective when working our legs, with this exercise the quads work a lot and therefore it is very effective, to do it we stand firm and proceed to advance one leg and flax the knee while the other is left behind as support, once done we count to 20 and continue with the other leg. It is an exercise that by doing it constantly we obtain good results quickly since it is very effective, we will do a series of 15 with 2 or 3 repetitions.
🕑Gemelos / Twins🕑
This exercise is to work the calf area and strengthen them, it is an exercise that requires a lot of balance but when performed it is quite effective to support the calves. To do it, we stand with the tips of the feet on a step, then we raise the heels as much as we can and count to 20, then we go down little by little until the heels are a little below the line of the step and we go up again. We will do this about 15 times and repeat it 3 times
🕑Puente / bridge🕑
For this exercise we will lie on our back and bending the knees, once in position we proceed to raise the waist area as much as we can, remaining supported with the feet and the upper part of the back, we remain that way until we count 20 seconds and we go down little by little We will repeat this about 3 times with a series of 15.
With this I have finished my exercise routine of exercises at home to work my legs, achieving better resistance and toning. remembering that we must constantly be doing some physical activity to avoid sedentary lifestyle and thus help our body to better evolve while always enjoying good health.
