I wasn't real busy in the morning but it picked up around 11am. Had a meeting for work, did some dishes, made lunch, and dropped the kids off.

Clearly someone is sending me messages.
Had to go to the dentist before work. No news is good news.
Got in about 8k steps there.
Back at it today.
