Actifit Report 030723: Holiday Cookouts

Celebrating Independence Day with done cookouts. We were supposed to go to the drag strip to see a bunch of racing but weather caused the event to be cancelled.

Impromptu Cookout Instead

We did a quick menu plan over the phone and improvised our evening.

The kids played, hung out, and went on bike rides while we cooked and cleaned and had adult conversations.

An easier day for sure,

just not as much fun when events get cancelled.

Fireworks tomorrow!
