My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2023

How are you guys?

Today I want to share my activities today.
Due to my busy work today, I lost time for the gym, so I didn't exercise today.

So I use my time to have dinner with my extended family, talk to each other, watch my children play with their grandparents. Taking advantage of the time available to build memories about my extended family.

After that I continued my activities at church. There I played music with my friends, preparing musical arrangements that we would perform later during Sunday worship.

Gather, joke and share musical ideas with friends. It was a very happy time for me. Building communication within the community and family allows me to see the world from a broader perspective.

It's time to rest now, that's all my short notes. God bless you
