Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are doing great.

Today I want to share a little of my daily activities outside the gym. Today I spent my time with my family, accompanying my daughter on a walk and shopping at the shopping center

Today I have to buy food stock to support my body's needs for exercise.
There is beef, chicken, fish and some fruits

Apart from lifting weights and exercising properly, food also has an important role in building muscle. For this reason, we also need to ensure proper and sufficient nutritional intake for our muscle growth.

Let's fulfill our nutritional needs in our food...
