My Actifit Report Card: March 24 2025 : Happy New Week

Hello Amigos

Welcome to my Actifit Report for Monday, 24th March 2025.

Happy new week.....yes it's Monday again 😩 😄

I am so grateful to be alive and to be able to be strong, healthy and attending to my daily activities.

This is something that is not easily given and shouldn't be taken for granted.

Because I witness a lot of people on admission on the hospital.

In as much as it is beginning to look normal in my eyes, not is not because being on that bed unable to do anything for yourself is a lot.

It easily affects the mental health and makes one think alot.

The unbearable body pains they have to go through is another sad story.

So, me waking up strong to do my daily routine house chores, preparing and walking down the lane to work is a huge thing to be grateful for.

While working I saw in the primary school open field a lot of materials that I think, the state governor is supporting indigenes with skill acquisition.

There was lots of sewing machines, spraying machines, and grinding machines.

This is amazing and commendable.

I also noticed that the fruits sellers have moved back to their permanent site.

They were at the other entrance side during the road construction and have been there since the road was done.

So, seeing them here means something is changed back which is interesting.

At least it will be much easier for me to buy at least a fruit any day I walk pass them.

I had a wonderful, cool day with a pleasant weather 😊
