My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2025 : Happy New week

Hello Amigos

I humbly welcome you to my Actifit Report for Monday, 27th January 2025.

It's the start of the week, people 😊

I woke up with that feeling of "oh, it's Monday."

Well, I was able to prepare for work after all the toasting and whining.

I realised something on this day.

That one can only open up to you if you show the same energy of opening up, too.
When you open up with lies, it sticks in the person, and when the truth is exposed and known, it opens a big hole in the person's heart.

Even before the truth is known, they tend to run in circles with you.

You feel it is on you.
The problem is not you, the problem is that one lie that stinks.

If we truly care about someone, don't make a lie that will continue to beat and bite the person up.

Though, there are some situations that can't be helped.

As usual, I walked down the lane to work.
And started up with the day's activities.

My day at work turned out pleasant and cool, more than my expectations.

Which is so cool, and I really appreciate.

At least that my mood of "oh it's Monday" didn't hold me up all through the day.

I left work a bit late because I had a few things to do.

I stopped by the market to buy vegetables for soup, it's been a while I ate vegetables 🤦‍♀️

So, I have been looking up to this day.
As I missed going to market last Wednesday, it was really something.

Vegetables are quite expensive here coupled with the current season we are in, the dry season.

I believe these ones are even able to be this greeny because they water it daily.

That's a plus for having river almost everywhere here.

I bought the things I needed and went home.

On getting home I met light....woohoo 😁

I happily plugged my gadgets and went ahead to cook the soup.

I fetched water after cooking since we have light and water was pumped.

Before I could finish up, it was already evening.

I showered and relaxed for the day while doing some online tasks.

I later had to sort out a few things I needed to waybill to a friend in the east.

Before calling it a day.
