My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge

Hi Amigos 😊

I humbly welcome you to my Actifit Report for Tuesday, 12th August 2024.

I was busy from morning until in the afternoon on this day.

Yay

We are at it again, the last process of the palm oil.

I apologise for not getting many photos from this processing. Like I said earlier, I was busy.

And I could only take this ones before my hands got more busier and was already soiled with oil.

If you follow my post, you will recall how we started with the separation process and we continued from there on this day.

By starting up with cooking the palm fruit for at least an hour to soften it.

Before pounding it here until we got to the stage of being able to separate the palm canal from the shafts.

This stage is therapeutic 😂😂😂 when don't take it serious, but it will keep you focused and determined.

And at the end we got a good quantity of palm oil to enjoy 😉
