My Actifit Report Card: August 11 2024 : I Am Alive Challenge
Hi Amigos
I humbly welcome you to my Actifit Report for Sunday, 11th August 2024.
It is a happy day......Sundays are for relaxation, it is a day in the week to fully rest and recharge for the week.
I woke up not feeling anything on this day 😂😂😂 I am just grateful to be alive and breathing.
I washed some clothes, did other house chores and cleaning.
Then I spent some time online reading and listening to the gospel. I didn't go to church.
When I was done, I separated this leaf from its stick........didn't remember to capture it before finishing the first process.
Then I went ahead with the next stage....the slicing stage, which is also the last stage.
This is used for soup making.
It looks simple and easy, but it is not.
It has a pattern of folding the leaves to get the slicing shape, and you slice it little by little to get the size.
And it has been a while since I did this. Being in my hometown gave me the opportunity to do this after a long time.
Doing this is therapeutic because it will keep your mind focused and determined to do it all rightly.
Thank you very much for visiting my blog 😘 💕
Wishing you an amazing week, lovelies 😊💕

I know this is Igbo leaf but I can't figure which soup this is used for.
It is a vegetable mostly used for soup making.
Igbo call it Ukazi
Efik call it Afang
So, I don't think it is an igbo leaf.
Okayy.
So this is the afang thing.
