Switch the Core Concept

The fourth day of the OTF Hell Week 2022 series this morning was the benchmark for the challenge. Four out of eight classes to earn the shirt, which I uploaded in this post and it's Tiffany and my eighth consecutive year earning a shirt.

But, in keeping with Team Jiffy's (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community, yearly routine, we are sporting the shirts we earned throughout the Hell Week series in year order and today's shirt was from the 2018 series; which I also uploaded to this post.

Also, we intend to complete all eight sessions like we've done in, it's entirety, every year and although my knee is barking; I'm ready for the remaining four days.

Today, ORANGETHEORY FITNESS threw a core focused template with no row blocks outside of the warmup on the rowers. Yesterday, it was 23 minutes of rowing, so that made a lot of sense.

Today, there were 18 all out speed prompts on the treadmills along with the core exercises on the floor.

I'll breakdown the template on my ActiFit submission post later on today.

They gave us a heads up about tomorrow's template which will be a leg day focused session - ouch.
