We ended last year working out for our 217th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS and this morning, my wife Tiffany and I drove over to our former home studio ORANGETHEORY HUNTERS CREEK, which we warmly call The Creek.

One of the most awesome experiences when a member you burn splats with becomes an Orangetheory COACH and then becomes Team Jiffy's 218th coach we have worked out for as a couple. Coach Nick is phenomenal despite being a newer OTF Coach, he is badass so early on in the game.

The splat burn was on and poppin’ on today's Game Day Team workout #TeamJiffy is proud of Coach Nick!

I burned a solid 759 calories and reached all the metrics we strive for in each high intensity interval training session.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community are proud to have referred Nick to two OTF franchises here in Central Florida and he was provided the opportunity at one of them and we are super happy to be part of that happening. In the end, it's all him and we just are honored to be called upon by Associates, Coaches, Members and Owner's of these franchises and beyond to give feedback, help out whereever we can, etc.

It is exciting to do this often, burning calories and keeping fit is very important because of the lots of junks we get to eat at times. Weldone for enjoying your moment. Have a great weekend
