Jiffy and OTF Coach #207

This morning my fiancé Tiffany and I worked out for our 207th ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach as a couple and we have been in a bit of a streak, since coming back after the car accident. 7 new coaches since August 29th.

On the day of the accident on May 29th we had worked out for our 200th OTF Coach and with three months of recovery in between, before getting back into our High Intensity Interval Training sessions, coming back and being able to pick up where we left off so soon; is rather stoke worthy.

The most exciting part of all this, is that these coaches are the next generation of coaches. As the brand has grown worldwide and there are new studios constantly opening, new coaches are needed and whoever is training these young guns are doing a great job.

Team Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community are often asked about our opinion on coaches and fitness studios as we have been at it for many years now. I've been an Orangetheory member for almost 9 years, I'll hit that mark in February of 2023 and Tiffany is going on 8 years as I introduced her to the workout early on in our relationship.

Today, we had the pleasure of working out for Coach Ang at Orangetheory Fitness Winter Garden and she used the word stunning a lot lol. She had a decent playlist, had a lot of energy, engaged with the members, remembered names, corrected folks when necessary and kept us on time with all the intervals, which is key for an above average OTF Coach.

We have another new coach tomorrow at OTF UCF. Yup, right by the University of Central Florida. Awesome vibe in that part of town.
