Starting the second week of recovery before I get back to my Orangetheory Fitness workouts and running event participation this morning Tiffany and I did a walk I our community.
Our community is rather large and there is a perfect spot to walk around. We have usually run that path but the walk was active enough.
Today my foot feels like it’s trending towards it getting much better in weeks but I still feel enough pain that I would rush the recovery.
It is very encouraging that I’ve been able to move around faster with a lot less limping. There is a sharp pain reminder to make me aware that I’m not all the way back and honestly may not be at 100% when I get back to working out next Monday.
I have to make a decision on investing on an orthopedic inner sole that I can use when I workout. It would be tailored to my foot. They would take a mold of my foot to tailor it exactly to me. It’s rather expensive so not sure if I will go all in on that.
For now I’m using some orthopedic soles that I purchased from them that was pricey but nowhere near to the personal option but they have been serving the purpose well.
Tomorrow morning Tiffa and I will be up early again for another walk.
Important to note my Actifit points were also generated by taking extra walks at the office when I needed to step away from my desk including my scheduled breaks.
Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.
