No Orangetheory Fitness workout today, because wanted to give the foot a break and the body overall to be able to run the Park Ave 5k presented by AdventHealth
tomorrow morning.
Today’s @actifit Move To Earn was generated at the office where although I had plenty of work at my desk I found the time to take some extra walks in the office.
I have one more Orangetheory Fitness workout scheduled for Monday morning and then I will finally see a foot doctor and hoping she doesn’t shit me down for too long but unless she can work miracles I’m really needing some help because the foot is not getting better.
I know I’ve been careless pushing through it this long but I really hate the thought of having to not do my workouts and participate in running events.
With that said the body has spoken or the foot actually lol and it’s time to get a diagnosis
The last two running events I ran the latest 5K in 31 minutes and the one prior to that 34 minutes. If I can stay in between that time I will be happy. That 31 minute is not too far off my average of 28 to 30 but that 34 was sad lol.
Of course I don’t do any of this without my ride or die Tiffany and we get to add two more medals to our collection once we complete tomorrow’s 5K!

Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.
