First full week of 2025. First full week back at work. First full week of my Orangetheory Fitness workout routine.

With that routine comes the scheduled rest days from working out.

I did cone into the New Year how I left with my aching bad foot which I finally gave in and have an appointment later this month with a foot specialist and I would not be surprised if it’s plantar fasciitis.

Nevertheless, I’m sticking to my workouts and Tiffany and I have our next running event on the 18th and the appointment with the podiatrist is on the 20th. I am going to assume that I will be told to take a break from my workouts and running for a few weeks if not longer. I’ll cross that bridge then. Hopefully it will be better news.

Today’s walk allowed me to generate some @Actifit Move To Earn points, I gingerly did some extra walks at the office but kept them shorter than usual.

We have three Orangetheory workouts scheduled for the next three days.
