My last Orangetheory Fitness workout of 2024 was yesterday and my last running event of 2024 was a couple a weeks ago, but today I had to go into work earlier and the fitness studio were opening up later because of the holidays.

Today’s @Actifit Move To Earn generation was wherever and whenever I could get in extra steps.

They did let us out at NOON from work today, so that was appreciated.

We will get back at the Orangetheory Fitness workouts on Thursday morning and get 2025 up and running!

Tomorrow we rest.
