For the next two weeks I’m working overtime at the job so my limited time is even more limited.

With that said being at the office sitting at my desk for hours can be detrimental but I always make it a priority to remain mobile and active as possible.

Today was my rest day from working out so my @actifit points had to come that office mobility.

I’ll be back at the home Orangetheory Fitness studio tomorrow morning putting in the usual hardcore workout activity 💪🏽 🏃🏽

Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.
