The Day Before the Distance 2k then 5k Run
Saturday , October 19th, 2024
I told my this morning how odd it feels when we don’t workout on Saturdays and more specifically workout at an Orangetheory Fitness studio.
But, when we don’t it’s because we a running event on Saturday or Sunday so the day of of course the run event takes precedence and the day before and/ or after we take off for obvious reasons.
I haven’t decided if I’m taking an impromptu day off from working out Monday because it will depend how I feel after running seven miles tomorrow.
Today, was a no-brainer decision to take off and ensure we don’t injure ourselves before the run tomorrow.
The “Actifity” was generated in going shopping and having lunch at one of our favorite areas in downtown Orlando where we had a wonderful lunch and dessert:
I’m Looking forward to tomorrow’s run 🏃🏽🔥 and adding these three beauties to our medal collection:
Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.

CONGRATULATIONS, tomorrow we will have medals, I will run 21 kilometers (half marathon), many successes
AWESOME! It’s been a while since I ran a half marathon before COVID I hope to run one again in the near future. Tomorrow’s run is going to feel like a half for me lol. Good luck 🙏🏼 Have Fun @erilej
