We are in the middle of a holiday weekend so after yesterday’s kick butt Orangetheory Fitness workout, Tiffany and I chose to take a rest day of sorts today.

I actually had decided to do my periodic weed pulling and as you can see it really needed to be done:

It’s August in Central Florida so of course it was HOT 🥵 but I got it done early enough to avoid the truly hot weather as the day progressed:

Tiffany and I are scheduled to be at a 9:45am Orangetheory Fitness session tomorrow on Labor Day morning working out for our 272nd Orangetheory Coach as a couple.

We are really looking forward to it because Coach Jess is the mother of two coaches we have worked out for and a future son in law as well.
