A 90 Minute Bittersweet Burn 🔥
After unusually taking a Saturday off from working out under the orange lights, MM Tiffany and I workout at our home studio during a packed house as it was Coach Mariah’s last class as an Orangetheory Fitness Coach.
We met Mariah when she was a Studio Associate over five years ago and she worked her way up to being a Head Coach and has found another path in her career.
She may do some guest appearances in the future, but Mariah without question is one of the legendary coaches under the orange lights.
Today was extra spicy as we chose the 90 minute session to burn our calories in and a 60 minute session is brutal enough.
I burned 1242 calories and 16 splats.
I rowed 3,183 miles hitting a high of WATTS of power at a high of 14 mile per hour rowing speed.
I totaled 2.4 miles on the treads mostly running and ran a 12 mile per hour ALL OUT run at the end of the session.
