My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2024

For the most part and for many years Orangetheory Fitness has been consistent in what they offer with their group workouts. It's what Tiffany and I have been working out to under the orange lights for over 18 years and 5000 sessions combined.
When the pandemic hit, like many companies Orangetheory had to create ways to continue their business but having to be open minded about having to find different ways to attract new members and hold on to old members.
Over a year ago they introduced Strength50 which would be just floor work and this year they introduced Tread50 just treadmill work.
My wife Tiffany and I both participated in our first of each. Tiffa chose to do the Strength50 and I went with the Tread50 because we have a running event coming up Saturday and we haven't had the opportunity to do any outside rep runs for various reasons.
This was a nice way to get my endurance some running reps. Every session they provide you with a different run template and here was today's:
Tread50 Workout Breakdown
Block 1 & 2 (8 min each)
- 0.1 mile Push
- 0.1 mile Base
- Alternate until time is up
Block 3 & 4 (8 min each)
- 8 min Tread for Distance
- Final 30 sec: All Out
I burned 653 calories, totaled 4.4 miles in distance and hit a high of 19.5 mile per hour ALL OUT run to end the session.

Yes, I didn’t do Strength50 Tiffany did I did Tread50 but we both were in the same session just different areas. That really never happens where her and I don’t workout next to each other. @rafzat !PIZZA
