Sunday Funday, July 30, 2023 - 60 minutes - PARTNER + TORNADO šŸŒŖļø workout today!

Today, was an amazing workout under the orange lights as it included another Orangetheory Catch A Coach that Tiffany and I added to our growing list, an awesome partner and tornado template on a Sunday Funday!

OTF SoDo is one of our favorite studios, because it's in Downtown Orlando and it's also one of the studios where we have been able to make some strides on our tracking of OTF Coaches that Tiffa and I have worked out for as a couple.

We are now up to 237 Orangetheory Fitness Coaches between 42 studios.

Coach Jessica is one of the veterans in the Central Florida area and has been a Head Coach. She currently does most of her coaching at my original home studio OTF Lake Mary where I began my Orangetheory journey about 9 1/2 years ago.

She was pure masterclass and managed a packed class like the BOSS she is.

My OTBeat results is the holy grail of an Orangetheory Fitness perfect chart.

It was a perfect pyramid where all the zones were impeccable.

I burned almost 800 calories and hit 12 splat points.

The template not only being a partner workout, but it was also a tornado template. Meaning that we were not at any station very long, so the running results were not going to be the distance I usually put in, but I got in 1.64 miles total in distance and I ran my final ALL OUT at 12 miles per hour.

Keeping in mind there was inclines % for two of the running blocks.

On the rower, I almost maxed out 2 watts under 500 WATTS of POWER! at a 14.4 miles per hour in rowing speed with a total rowing distance of 4,167 meters.

On the floor I went with a 45 pound dumbbell for all the (weighted) exercise.

It was an extremely intense and rapid full body workout that kicked our asses, but it was superb!

ā€¢ ā Partner B: TRX low rows
ā€¢ ā Alternate until buy-out: 30 seconds of burpees

ā Transition to treadmill

Tread Block 2 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 0.1 mile push
ā€¢ ā Partner B: base @ 2%
ā€¢ ā Alternate until buy-out: 30 second ALL OUT

ā Transition to rower

Row Block 2 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 150 meter ALL OUT row
ā€¢ ā Partner B: recover
ā€¢ ā Alternate until buy-out: 30 second ALL OUT row

ā Transition to floor

Floor Block 2 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 5 goblet reverse lunges, (weighted), each side, 10 TRX rollouts
ā€¢ ā Partner B: hand release push ups
ā€¢ ā Alternate until buy-out: 30 seconds of burpees

ā Transition to treadmill

Tread Block 3 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 0.1 mile push
ā€¢ ā Partner B: base
ā€¢ ā Alternate until finisher: 30 second ALL OUT

ā Transition to rower

Row Block 3 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 100 meter ALL OUT row
ā€¢ ā Partner B: recover
ā€¢ ā Alternate until finisher: 30 second ALL OUT row

ā Transition to floor

Floor Block 3 - 4 minutes

ā€¢ ā Partner A - pacer: 10 bridges (weighted), 10 total sprinter sit ups
ā€¢ ā Partner B: high plank
ā€¢ ā Alternate until finisher: 30 second of burpees
