Template: Specialty Workout- 3G Non-Stop - 60 Minutes

The template today was bada$$ as always, but this morning’s Saturday Session had extra meaning.

Tiffany and I burned our splats at the Orangetheory Fitness studio we have done so the most in.

We chose OTF Hunters Creek for today’s burn, because it was my 3000th Orangetheory Workout.

Coach Jeni ran the class and Coach Kylee burned splats with us and the members in attendance.

On to the template:

Row Block (14 minutes)

• ⁠3 minute push
• ⁠90 second base
• ⁠2.5 minute push
• ⁠75 second base
• ⁠2 minute push
• ⁠60 second base
• ⁠90 second
• ⁠45 second base
• ⁠30 second ALL OUT

🔥 I rowed over 3500 meters 🔥

Tread Block (14 minutes)

• ⁠3 minute push
• ⁠90 second base
• ⁠2.5 minute push
• ⁠75 second base
• ⁠2 minute push
• ⁠60 second base
• ⁠90 second push
• ⁠45 second base
• ⁠30s ALL OUT

🔥 I ran my base at 6mph and I ran my pushes from as low as 6.5mph to as high as 7.5mph and the ALL OUT at 9 miles per hour. 🔥

Floor Block (14 Minutes)

Nonstop

I went 35 pounders and bumped up to 40 pounders for the last deadlift and low row.

Weighted:
• ⁠5 Squats
• ⁠5 Bicep Curls
• ⁠5 Front Squats
• ⁠5 Uppercuts
• ⁠5 Deadlifts
• ⁠5 Hip hinge Low Rows

Nonstop

• ⁠20 Static Crunch with alternating legs over and unders
• ⁠20 Bicycles

Repeat Block Until Time (I did 2 more rounds)

Tomorrow, not an OTF workout scheduled; but an OTF Nona North Run Club #1 🏃🏽 🏃🏻‍♀️

OTF Nona North sessions are still going on, but the Ginger Ninja 🥷 Coach Christen is the Run Club organizer for Nona North and tomorrow is the first run. We are starting with a 5K.

There is no way your waist is 170 inches lol, sorry I could not resist. That sounds like a grueling workout. I do not understand the Orange light is it warm? Does it add to your calorie burn?

@mba2020 - Ooops I guess I entered it in the wrong line. I always wonder how many times I’ve jumbled the height, weight and waist numbers 🤪 I fixed it. Thanks for the heads up.

Regarding the splats:

If you hit 12 plus in the Orange/Red zone your body will continue to burn calories for up to an additional 24 hours after a workout, boosting your metabolism.

The goal is 25 in the green and 12 in the orange/red zone

That is a very interesting technology. I read in Muscle & Fitness magazine that an intense 90-minute weight lifting workout can burn calories up to 24 hours after the workout. LAtely I have just been walking and kettle belling 👍

Congratulations with the milestone.
According to my watch i have walked 125 km. the last week and done some light workouts each day and i have startet using the actifit app.
