Sunday Funday Orangetheory Fitness Power session to start off the day away from home, but not too far from it.

Tiffany and I worked out at OTF Lakeland for our 190th Orangetheory Coach as a couple.

Understandably, it wasn’t a full class; but enough to keep out mojo going and Coach Pablo kept us moving ✔️

I went in zapped of energy, but Tiffany and I ended the session with a burst of energy to get us through just fine 💪🏽🔥

Floor Block 1

• ⁠30 second of clean to front squat (I went with 30 pounders)
• ⁠30 second of walkout to plank jack
• ⁠ 30 second of clean to front squat (I went with 30 pounders)
• ⁠30 second of walkout to plank jack
• ⁠ 30 second of clean to front squat (I went with 30 pounders)
• ⁠30 second of walkout to plank jack
• ⁠1 minute of plank jack to pop jack

Floor Block 2

• ⁠30 second of hip raise
• ⁠15 second of toe reach
• ⁠30 second of hip raise
• ⁠15 second of toe reach
• ⁠30 second of alternating single leg v up

Floor Block 3

• ⁠30 second of power jack (with dumbbells - I went with 20 pounders)
• ⁠30 sec of hip hinge tricep kickback (same 20 pounders)
• ⁠ 30 second of power jack (with dumbbells - I went with 20 pounders)
• ⁠30 sec of hip hinge tricep kickback (same 20 pounders)
• ⁠30 sec of power jack (with dumbbells - lowered to 15’s)
• ⁠30 sec of hip hinge tricep kickback (same 15’s)
• ⁠1 min of running man

Floor Block 4

• ⁠30 second of power sit-ups
• ⁠15 second of torso rotation (went with the 30 pounders)
• ⁠30 second of power sit-ups
• ⁠ 15 second of torso rotation (went with the 30 pounders)
• ⁠30 second of alternating single v up

Tread Block 1

• ⁠30 second push
• ⁠30 second base
• ⁠30 second push
• ⁠30 second base
• ⁠30 second push
• ⁠30 second base
• ⁠1 min All Out
• ⁠Transition to the rower

Row Block 1

• ⁠30 second All Out row
