Catch Me if You Can - Signature Template

I didn’t accomplish matching or beating my personal record, but I’m still not the same since COVID and leg injury and with that said was still extremely satisfied with my results.

I feel better ever day and have flashes of where I was under 2 years ago. I recently participated in a half-marathon that got the best of me by Mile Seven, but a few weeks later completed a Five Miler without any ill-effects.

Mentally I’m beyond great, but physically; there are admittedly- inconsistencies.

Also, my fiancé Tiffany did get a personal record with the Power Walk option of the template 👍🏽

Today’s Orangetheory Fitness template was obviously focused on the CMIYC challenge, but there were still workout blocks included - obviously:

Friday, October 22, 2021 - 60 minutes

Floor Block - 22 minutes

• ⁠500m row once only
• ⁠Repeat the following:
• ⁠12 x skier swing
• ⁠16 total x alternating shoulder press with rotation
• ⁠12 x hip hinge reverse fly
• ⁠8 each x balance bicep curl
• ⁠12 x TRX Y-raise
• ⁠12 each x side plank leg lift

• ⁠0.24 km (0.15 miles) @ 2 minutes
• ⁠0.48 km (0.3 miles) @ 4 minutes
• ⁠0.8 km (0.5 miles) @ 6 minutes
• ⁠1.125 km (0.7 miles) @ 8 minutes
• ⁠1.6 km (1 mile) @ 10 minutes
• ⁠2.1 km (1.3 miles) @ 12 minutes
• ⁠2.56 km (1.6 miles) @ 14 minutes
• ⁠3 km (1.875 miles) @ 16 minutes
• ⁠3.35 km (2.1 miles) @ 17 minutes
• ⁠3.7 km (2.3 miles) @ 18 minutes
• ⁠4 km (2.5 miles) @ 19 minutes
• ⁠4.5 km (2.81 miles) @ 20 minutes
• ⁠If not caught at the 20 minute mark, run for distance until 22 minutes
• ⁠If caught, repeat 200m row + 320 m (0.2 mile) run

Tomorrow, Tiffany and I decided to take a semi-rest day that will include a one hour or a 5K walk and of course Saturday Cheat Day is still a go.

Then Sunday begins the 2021 Orangetheory Fitness Hell Week Series 💪🏽💀
