60 Minute Endurance Template

After a two day rest from our routined Orangetheory Fitness workouts and 2 days after the Best Damn Race this past Saturday, we start off with an Endurance Template; which coincidentally was what we did on Friday before the half marathon participation.

Templates are different daily, but some things are the same. Like in Endurance day, there will be distance runs as well as non stop reps on the floor blocks.

Floor block 1, 10.5 min

• ⁠500m row (only once)
• ⁠10 incline chest fly
• ⁠10 incline close grip chest press
• ⁠10 seated low row
• ⁠30 front back hops

Floor block 2, 10.5 mins

• ⁠500m row (only once)
• ⁠10 uppercuts
• ⁠10 shoulder press
• ⁠10 hip hinge high row
• ⁠30 lateral hops

Tread block 1, 10.5 mins

• ⁠2.5 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠2 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠90s push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠90s run for distance

Tread block 2, 10.5 mins

• ⁠90s push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠90s push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠2 min push
• ⁠1 min base
• ⁠2.5 min push

I felt good overall. The rest days definitely helped, but we are now looking at a long stretch before we rest again. As we have 7 more days coming up of burning splats 💪🏽🔥😎
