Educating ourselves to avoid injuries while exercising
When we dedicate ourselves to exercise, depending on what each of us seeks, we want to achieve quick results, so we expose ourselves (often) to an increase in efforts, that if we do not have control over that we could end up with tendon, muscle and even bone injuries, which would make that what we seek is distanced in time by some kind of injury.
The other thing that could generate injuries, as I see it, is the bad technique of execution of the exercises, for that reason, before starting to perform any new routine, I dedicate myself to watch videos about it, of each exercise, to do it as best as possible and avoid injuries. I don't know much about anatomy or any of those things, the basics, what most people know, however, that is not a limitation to make me interested in learning it.
Much more considering that in order to improve the techniques of the exercises it is necessary to know little by little about it. And besides, being able to understand what the trainers say in their videos, all the tips they give for perfect executions, is the best. The idea of doing exercises is to get stronger, to feel better, to not get injured while doing them.
But, even though we can learn a lot about it, the possibilities of injuries are always going to be there, I've even been reviewing some content that explains what to do when an injury occurs, not because I'm looking for it, but because I know it's within the realm of possibility.
But above all I emphasize how to avoid it, which I think is the most important thing. Even nutrition has to do with that, although it may seem absurd. A body with the necessary requirements in terms of electrolytes, proteins, carbohydrates, will be less prone to suffer injuries than one that is poorly nourished, I guess it is logical to think so.
But, we are not experts, I simply wanted to share some important points on this subject, I have been reading about it and I found it very important for the good of our body while we exercise.

Exercising is for the good of our body and health, what's the gain getting injured?
I also think that when following trainers, especially when not in person, we should be able to work at our different pace.. the goal is to be fit over a period of time, not just for a drastic weight loss.
Yes, the detail is that many trainers make the exercises based on a great physical demand, and if one does it with that level of vigor, we could end up injuring ourselves, and it is not logical. Thank you for your kind comment.
