My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2024
Twas family errands and walk day. We got groceries and had a lovely meal at the store (there’s one of those hot bars where they just charge by weight: hello salmon!)
Then a walk around the neighborhood in the brisk but refreshing winds of late winter.
For a photo, a shot of what goes into our smoothies when we have a chance. The strategy is mainly: load up as many nutrients as possible. Most meals these days are of the quick n convenient kind so blasting the body with a slurry of these things is an attempt at balance:
Protip: fresh ginger dominates flavour wise so combo it with some sweet fruit—then add as much veg as you want and you hardly notice :) Not as much as you see in the picture, more like… half a thumb? Ha.
